The Bible, is it true? Level Up 2012 Series

In this first session, Pastor Clay examines many of the questions people have about the bible: Where did it come from?  Who wrote it?  Is is accurate?  Can we trust everything in our bible?

Level Up 2012 - Introduction to the series

This is the opening message of Calvary Wilmington's next teaching series "Level Up 2012."

Recap - 1 Samuel chapters 1-31

In this final installment of the "Rise of the Kings" series, Pastor Clay covers all 31 chapters of 1 Samuel, with the final parting message:  Our life does not have to end as King Saul's did; we can choose to hear God, obey God, and follow God - TODAY!

The Rear Guard - 1 Samuel 30:21-25

God has give each of us gifts and abilities, and regardless of whether you are on the front lines, the supply lines, or in the prayer line, your place in the kingdom is important!

Restored - 1 Samuel 30:1-20

We have an enemy that loves nothing more than to swoop in and pillage our lives; our gifting, our calling, our future.  But God is a restorer of all things the enemy has stolen; all AND THEN SOME.

Evicted - 1 Samuel 29

Have you ever made a bad decision, and ended up in a place you shouldn't be?  How cool is it that our God cares enough to not only make a way out, but sometimes He even evicts us from the land of the Philistines!

Talking to a Dead Man - 1 Samuel 28:7-25

In 1 Sam 28, Saul calls up a dead man, Samuel, for advice.  But in reality, Saul is the dead man.  Every day we are surrounded by people with a death sentence; eternal separation from God. Our message, unlike Samuel's message to Saul, is one of LIFE!
